HOW WE CAN WORK TOGETHER
Give yourself the care, support and rest you need and deserve. Having someone looking after you, listening to you and supporting you during pregnancy and the first weeks of early parenting will help you feel nurtured and confident as a parent.
IN-PERSON SUPPORT
I'm currently only offering postnatal support.
My doula partner Jess and I work as a team so
she'd be the one offering in-person birth support

-
1 or 2 visits per week, depending on your needs and my availability at the time.
In addition to postnatal visits, I also offer one-off sessions in pregnancy
(ideally between week 35 and 37) to plan for your 4th trimester:
2h session that includes two ready to freeze portions of my postpartum dahl so you have it ready
for when the baby is born.

-
We can talk through some reminders of all the essentials to have in the house in preparation for the baby.
-
We can look at what support network/family/community you have and plan together how they can best support you.
-
We can plan your postpartum nourishment: a good overview of your kitchen supplies and your pantry so I can plan and buy all necessary ingredients in advance to be able to prepare the most soothing and recovery-focused food for you.
